隔热膜的透光度

天气酷热，嫌冷气不够冷吗？想为爱车弄隔热膜，可是不知JPJ对于隔热膜透光度有什么标准？不用担心，我帮各位问了JPJ。

答复是：Windscreen (大镜) 不少过70%，后镜和侧镜不少过50%。

“不少过”其实就是指“超过”啦。大镜要透光超过70%，我想是要方便大众（尤其是警察）通过最大片的镜子看清楚司机和旁边那位乘客的样子吧！

陆路交通局建议车主在确保该商店的隔热膜符合规格之后才安装，并且向商店索取guarantee letter，以保障车主的法律权利。

安装后，请到临近的JPJ或PUSPAKOM进行镜子透光度检验。万一检验结果显示透光度不符合规格，车主有权利要求该商店把隔热膜拆下并索取退款。

若商店拒绝这么做，车主可以以该guarantee letter为证据，向消费者仲裁庭讨回公道。

From my observation, most credit cards offer a redemption of RM50 voucher using 10,000 pts.

In other words, when you swipe RM200, you get RM1.00 as a reward.

Here, 20x reward points means that you only need to swipe RM10 to claim your RM1.00 (10% return). Spend RM500 and get 10,000 pts and you get to cover the credit card tax already. However, I advise you don't swipe just to earn pts.

亮点1：以前Tesco/Giant的回扣是在Visa卡，现在转去Master了。
亮点2：本来Tesco/Giant回扣是每个月的第一天5%，其余的日子则2%；现在则是每逢周末5%。Groceries Shopping本来就是周末的事！如今简直如鱼得水～

坏处是，优惠只是到3月尾，会不会延续则是未知数。

我的想法是：现在Direct Access的现金回扣优惠都集中在Mastercard，那我就可以剪掉Visa留住Master。我最担心等下它又宣布Petrol rebate转到Visa卡去。

暗锤！失策！

今天是八月一日，刚好是星期六，我可以去Giant或Tesco购物，使用direct access visa卡以享有5%现金回扣。买了一整个trolley的东西，刷了卡，脑海里突然想起“这个现金回扣好像有T&C还是有什么限制的”。马上我就拿起电话致电信用卡客服中心，客服员说每个月的第一天现金回扣只限RM4，一个月的总回扣最高只能到RM50。

我刷了将近200块，本来以为可获得200*5% = RM10.00
现在只拿到RM4.00！OMG，心痛！

如果早知道的话（我也想早知道！），我就先刷80块的货，先拿了RM4回扣，接下来RM120的杂货就用Giant卡来刷，再拿120*2%=RM2.40回扣。

哎！只是少赚，又不是亏大，算了吧！气恼只会让我的血压上升，弄坏身子可不划咧！

我是个信用卡使用者。每当和没有使用信用卡的朋友谈起信用卡，他们普遍上都认为信用卡只不过是一张害人欠债累累的塑胶卡。这个说法，我是大力反对的。

最好选择靠近你居住范围、上班、或平日经过的银行。如果不方便到银行，唯有通过电子转账缴付卡单咯，但需要缴付额外费用（五十仙至一块不等）。

2. 钱都花在哪里

找找看，有没有可以帮你省钱的信用卡。现在的信用卡都流行“现金回扣”，尤其是霸级市场co brand最普遍，又或者是添油回扣。我自己本身使用着Citibank-Giant卡，每次在Giant花费都能享有2%现金回扣，其他交易则0.50%回扣。至于添油方面，我使用Direct Access万事达卡，可在全国任何一间油站享有2%现金回扣。

报章上常看到信用卡天花乱坠的优惠广告，如果您看了有一点点心动，然后冲动，我劝您先冷静下来，把优惠的terms and conditions仔细的看一遍。确定了T&C，您到该商店时请记得再次和店员确认该优惠是否还有效。
